Nayha Mansoor

Nayha Mansoor is an economist with over ten years of experience leading the economic, financial and quantitative components of evaluations, analyses and studies. She has worked across more than 25 countries in Africa, Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East, including fragile and conflict-affected contexts such as Somalia, Iraq, Palestine and Ukraine, for clients including UNICEF, the World Bank, WFP, the ILO, UN Women, FCDO, DFAT Australia and the Asian Development Bank. Her primary specialisms are poverty and distributional analysis, microsimulations, quantitative impact evaluation, public finance, costing and value for money, including fiscal space analysis, sector costing and investment cases. She has led the design and management of primary data collection in difficult operating environments. Nayha holds a PhD in Economics from the University of St Andrews.
