Bodhi conducted a robust mixed-methods baseline analysis for Plan International in support of the Youth For Change and Learn, Earn, and Prosper programmes, focused on enhancing youth empowerment in Ethiopia and South Sudan. The analysis was based on a gender-mainstreaming and conflict-sensitive approach to identify project gaps and bottlenecks and inform future programming.
