Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis (South and Southeast Asia)

Bodhi conducted a comprehensive stakeholder mapping for DRC's Asia office, identifying key actors and potential partners working on migration, human trafficking and forced labour in South and Southeast Asia. Following this analysis, we developed an action plan and communications strategy to foster cooperation between DRC and the identified partners. This strategic approach aimed to enhance DRC's regional network and improve its capacity to address critical issues related to migration and labour exploitation in the region.
