Bodhi conducted a robust meta-evaluation of Plan International's Safer Cities for Girls programme, which aims to transform how adolescent girls experience public spaces by building safe, accountable, and inclusive cities with and for them. Bodhi applied OECD-DAC evaluation criteria to assess the integration of gender-inclusive approaches in programme evaluations and suggested strategies to address identified gaps and guide programme model redevelopment.
