Midterm Evaluation of the SAFER Programme

Bodhi conducted the mid-term evaluation of the SAFER programme in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO). The programme, implemented by a consortium of NGOs including Mercy Corps, Norwegian Refugee Council, Concern Worldwide, ACTED, and Solidarites, aimed to reduce the vulnerability of households affected by conflict and shocks in the region. Our evaluation assessed the programme's progress, effectiveness, and impact, providing insights to guide its future implementation and improve its ability to support vulnerable communities in Eastern DRC.
