Final Evaluation of Mobilizing Action for Food Security and Resilience through Humanitarian Cash and Financial Ecosystems (MARCHE)

Mercy Corps

Bodhi conducted a mixed-methods endline evaluation of the Marché programme in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti. The evaluation assessed the programme's contribution to food security and its response to basic needs of vulnerable households. We measured progress against Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) standard indicators, including Food Consumption Score (FCS), Household Hunger Scale (HHS), and Sphere WASH standards. Our team also analysed and revised the programme's Theory of Change, informing the design of its second phase. This comprehensive evaluation aimed to provide insights into the programme's effectiveness and guide future interventions to improve food security and living conditions for vulnerable households in Haiti.
